KLAR! festival Artistic Director. Music Festival (Denmark, Austria)
Together with Co-Director Clara Guldberg Ravn I do present New Music and Baroque music with international soloist, curate public talks and panels on artistic topics and organize music workshops for young people during an annual festival at a castel close to Roskilde in Copenhagen.
Du Bois Orchestra at Harvard 2015-2017 Cambridge (USA)
Together with Karen Cueva (Carnegie Hall, El Sistema USA) I founded a Symphony Orchestra, advocating for Gender, Race and Social Justice through Classical Music. As a music director I organized concerts at Harvard Campus and Pedagogical projects, a.o. with Opportunity Music Project (New York City), serving the community of Greater Boston and beyond.

Forma Leipzig 2009- Leipzig (Germany)
In 2009 I initiated with composer Stefan Beyer an artistic society for more Contemporary Music for everyone in the city of Bach. Together with writers as Anja Kampmann we expanded the formats into a dialogue between New Music and Contemporary Literature.

In 2019 I started with Russian colleagues together an orchestra, fostering the dialogue between Avant-garde and Canonic Repertoire, as well as fostering interesting musical dialogues between European and Russian music, between people.

Diakron Institute 2016- Athens/Boston (Greece/USA)
My friend and Greek-American designer, educator, and researcher Andrew Gipe asked me in 2016 to join as voice from the arts and music the board of his Diakron Institute. It focuses on co-cultural expeditions for blind and sighted participants to experience the multisensory interplay of the natural world and human cultural heritage.
